Ati Drivers wanting exec permission in /tmp ?

I notice when I when vt that there is an error on the screen:

I also had ATI Radeon 7000 card some time ago. I also mount /tmp with noexec and I never had problems ... It can be some monitor or other non-critical function that requires to exec itself inside tmp IMO.
