I've found plenty of thread and articles to "hack" XFCE to remove it, but nothing about displaying the panel on all desktops
EDIT: No point bumping it again, but its solved. I had to unmerge XFCE entirely and then again, as it applied root-level read/write permissions to my profile, no matter how I changed or removed it.

I am not sure why you want to do that, because by default it is already like that. At least on my machines. |

It does it automatically.
Are you talking about using multiple desktops with xinerama? |

No, just the regular virtual destkops. Its only showing, for me, on the one that loads first |
