Hallo,
gibt es unter Gentoo einen vorgesehenen Weg um einen Iptables Firewall zu implementieren oder muss ich selbst Skripte basteln?

Dann migriere ich meine alten, aber ich dachte dass es evtl. so was wie z.B. bei der Virtual-HostsVverwaltung oder so auch für Firewalls gibt.  |

Start- und Stop-Skripte sind im iptables Paket. Einfach Firewall aktivieren - z.B. mit dem altem Skript - und mit | Code: | | /etc/init.d/iptabes save |
sichern. |

Einfach Skript schreiben, dieses auch starten und wenn du Iptables im Runlevel hast genügt ein:
/sbin/iptables-save > /var/lib/iptables/rules-save
Dann wird es auch beim Systemstart aufgerufen..

Genügt da nicht schon ein einfaches /sbin/iptables-save? |
