Hi all,

I'm using my laptop in my everyday work. But I'm mostly at home and I have a spare monitor (SAMTRON 76E) which was connected to a gentoo server I used to have but now it is free. I was thinking about connecting it to my PC and using as another desktop to which I could move freely. Using E16 so I though I could make it another desktop. Would it be possible? How? My laptop (Fujitsu-Siemens E7110) has a connection for another monitor but I don't know if it would be possible to use both (laptop monitor and extra monitor) at the same time or if this connection is to use one at a time...

Cheers,

pmatos,

There is some useful information here

I'm not heard any good things about ATI chip sets and I have nVidia myself.
