ciao a tutti, avrei un problema con l installazione: quando do "# mkdir /mnt/gentoo/usr/portage/distfiles
# cp /mnt/cdrom/distfiles/* /mnt/gentoo/usr/portage/distfiles/" mi esce un mess d errore xche l "argument is too long" come faccio a risolvere?

Non so se il problema e' stato risolto.....
.... in ogni caso, se l'errore e' lo stesso che ho visto durante il LWE, viene generato perche' sul CD (anche se credo l'errore avvenga quando si installa da DVD) nella dir distfiles ci sono troppe cose da copiare, e cp non riesce a gestirle.
In quel caso, la soluzione migliore e' quella di copiare sono qualcosina alla volta:
| Code: | # cp /mnt/cdrom/distfiles/[0-9]* /mnt/gentoo/usr/portage/distfiles/
# cp /mnt/cdrom/distfiles/[a-z]* /mnt/gentoo/usr/portage/distfiles/
# cp /mnt/cdrom/distfiles/[A-Z]* /mnt/gentoo/usr/portage/distfiles/ |

problema risolto!!!!! il mio notebook c ha impiegato 45 min... ma con questo comando è andato bene!
