What is the correct way to empty sendmails mail queue, basically I have messages that are trying to resolve, but i would just rather dump them. |

You can just remove them from the /var/spool/mqueue directory. If you have nothing but the ones you want to remove in the queue, stop sendmial, do an Code: | rm -f /var/spool/mqueue/* | and start sendmail again. If you want to remove specific ones, use mailq to get the message ID's and just remove the files pertaining to those. _________________ "Blessed is he who finds happiness in his own foolishness, for he will always be happy". |
