sorry konnte nur kurz die suche beanspruchen und hab nich viel gefunden... bin gerade sehr in eile...
ich bau gerade mein gentoo neu und wollt nun eine neue partitionierung waehlen...
ist es moeglich sowohl die root, als auch die swap und dazu noch eine /boot partition als erweiterte partitionen zu nutzen. ich hab glaub ich mal gelesen, dass /boot/ ne primaere sein muss, ich persoenlich kann aber gerade ohne nicht ein wenig was zu backupen keine primaere patitionen mehr erstellen.
Also ist es moeglich alle linux partitionen logisch/erweitert anzulegen.

also ich glaube, dass das nicht geht, da man IMHO nicht von extended booten kann
aber bin mir da nicht sicher und lass mich gerne belehren

/dev/hda5 -> boot
/dev/hda6 -> swap
