Hey,
I just installed the latest cvs version of amsn...how come I don't get any sound on events? I am pretty sure all the settings are set for sound. Sound works for all other apps.

You will probably have to select in the preference menu of aMSN that you would like to use the snack toolkit (emerge snack). Otherwise select a program that plays sounds, e.g. esdplay. If this still doesn't work (perhaps when you are using other programs that make use of the sound system (when you're using alsa) you could try aoss amsn to run aMSN.

| I just needed some also tools. The snack toolkit kept on crashing?!? |
