libsoup is a tricky tool.
My emacs keybindings disappeared in evo, and the evo calendar would not appear. I started evo from the cmd line and found that evo was complaining about not finding libsoup-2.2.so.7 which was apparently deleted by the libsoup-2.2.5 upgrade.
Code: |
# ln -sf /usr/lib/libsoup-2.2.so /usr/lib/libsoup-2.2.so.7
|
and all is well.

I had the same problem and did a
to fix it.
The packages that were recompiled are:
=gnome-extra/evolution-data-server-1.2.3
=gnome-extra/evolution-webcal-2.2.1
=mail-client/evolution-2.2.3-r3 |
