let cvs through firewall

Can someone pls post the rules to get cvs working through a firewall?

My machine's IP is 192.168.0.2 and the firewall is 192.168.0.1 running IPTables.

On the firewall eth0 is the internal network and ppp0 through eth1 (PPPoE DSL) is the internet.

I know it's not hard but I've been trying to get this to work to no avail, a quick copy and paste pls?
