Is rsync.namerica.gentoo.org not updating?

After more than 24 hours of being told that the timestamp hasn't changed when "emerge sync"ing, I started getting suspicious.

Changed /etc/make.conf:

Same here, for rsync://rsync.us.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage (obviously a subset of the northamerica rotation).

Stopped using namerica months ago. Could never find a usable server. Switched to rsync.gentoo.org and haven't had any problems. A usable server in poland is more important to me than a useless server the next state over.
