is there a file where everything that scrolled on the monitor at boot is saved to? you know, all those "ok" lines. where is that logfile? thanx

dmesg and /var/log/messages contain informations about the boot process. But not exactly the same that you see during the boot screen (e.g. the "OK" messages :) )
