Bonsoir à tous!
Je suis confronté à un problème que je n'arrive pas à résoudre :
J'installe Gentoo, tout se passe bien, j'emerge Gnome et GDM. Je me log la première fois, ca passe sans problème mais lorsque je veut me relogger, ca passe plus: Le Splashscreen de Gnome apparait mais tout se bloque et je suis obligé de passer sur le tty1 pour tuer X. J'ai essayé de me connecter graphiquement en root et ca passe donc ca doit être un problème de droits sur quelques fichiers mais j'ai essayé pleins de solutions différentes et rien ne marche...
En jetant un coup d'oeil sur les forums anglophones, j'ai vu que le problème était assez récurrent mais j'ai essayé à peu près tout ce que j'ai vu et ca marche toujours pas.
Si quelqu'un aurait un tuyau là dessus, je lui en serais infiniment reconnaissant parce que ca fait 4fois que je réinstalle et 4 fois que j'ai le même problème...

@kernel_sensei: je rigole je sais que tu devrais pas être le seul à le dire, mais on n'aime pas passer pour les méchant alors on te laisse le sale boulot.
sinon moijbt,
-tu n'as fait aucun etc-update ou autre ?
-donne-nous ton xorg.conf ---> cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf y'a peut-être une erreur.
franchement je ne crois pas que se soit un problème de droit mais qui sait. Sinon je vois une autre solution prend un autre desktop manager, ou mieux prend directement un window manager lol

Je pense que tu m'as dit ça pour le titre, non ?
Sinon, si, cette fois, j'ai fais un etc-update, mais les autres fois où ca avait planté, non.
Pour le xorg.conf, je veux bien le poster mais comme je peut me logger en root, ca me parait bizarre que ca vienne de là. Je l'ai repiqué sur la Debian que j'avais installé avant sur le même ordi :

Le problème c'est que ca fait la même chose avec XFCE4... J'aime pas KDE, et ma copine risque de ne pas trop apprécier Blackbox |
