acer aspire "AS3003LCI"

Hi, I've just recently purchased an AS3003LCI. I can get the system to boot okay with genkernel but when trying the manual compile it loads up fine but i get Disabling IRQ #3 when I try to set the ip on my eth0. I think it's a chipset issue but I have included it in the kernel. The keyboard also is very laggy and seems to loose keystrokes too. I dont know if this is a new model but i havent been able to find any documentation on it. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a simple fix for this problem:

Make sure you enable all the plug and play drivers, smp support, and apic.

That fixed the problem. Now my eth0 is on IRQ 22 and working fine.
