Same problem as has keykeen or lynxnyl? What patch? Re-emerge ncurses or something else?

Maybe there be other packages on your box that were emerged with build? Perhaps an emerge with -DNu?

how to find out the package that emerged with "build"?

And i also want to know the package which i need re-emerge.
The mirror i connected to seems have a little time delay on update.

I do not know of simple way to find out which, if any, were emerged with build.
What says
Code:
emerge -DNpu world

and
Code:
emerge -DNpu system

Those from system are more likely to have build as a USE flag.
You could take these lists and run 'emerge -pv' on each ebuild.

hmm, i ust it to find which ever build with "build*" ,
and rebuild it.

but now it seems useless.
It seems that i need re-emerge the world again.

I checked what used build too, it was only sysvinit. Haven't checked if it's reemerge fixed anything yet (can't atm). Will check tommorow.

Indeed, /etc/termcap is missing. I just copied mine over and the problem is [SOLVED]! :D
