I'm trying to burn some of the gentoo ISO's, but Nero reports "Unexpected File Format". Is there a way around this? What software should I use?
btw, I'm trying to burn the 1.2 ix86 iso because my P133 won't boot from any of the other gentoo CD's (incl. the basic one!). I tried installing from Knoppix, but ran into gcc compile problems (which I attributed to knoppix, could it possibly mean I need to do a 'from scratch' install?), hence the reason for the 1.2 iso. |

Hi
I am using Adaptec Easy Cd and it worked great as well.
I just double clicked on it and it went straight to Easy Cd Creator. This is obviously on a w2k system.

For just burning ISOs I've used this before:

Win32 GUI for cdrecord. No frills but worked for for me, even with a USB recorder. |
