Hello ppl
I'm quessing I could figure this out on my own, but I'm asking here anyway:
I've just installed windows again after two years of linux. (man, I had forgotten what a sucky shit windows is). I now want to dual boot gentoo and windows. I have gentoo on a 25 Gb partition and Windows on a 5 Gb one.
When I installed Windows, it cleared my MBR (just as I knew it would). Now I need to reinstall GRUB, right? So I'll just put the gentoo cd in and boot it and run the GRUB install. But how do I do this without making my Windows installation unbootable? Is there some guide or something somewhere?
Now let's hope ATI will release better video drivers for linux sometime so that I won't have to keep this !¤$!ing !#¤%. |

The grub.conf.example file (or whatever the example file was called) does have an example entry for windows. It looks something like this:
Code: | title=Windows
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1 |
