1. I have problem with my clock and many lost ticks try to fix it with noapictimer in my grub.conf but during the boot system stops at :

Code:

What can be a problem ?

2. When I try to use clock=pmpmr in grub.conf I have Kernel panic :(

3. Why time and date is different in uname -a and date commands ?
Code:
#uname -a

Maybe it's a typing error but it's clock=pmtmr not clock=pmpmr

Have the same problem with the warning Many lost ticks, still not solved.
Whitout booting option xscreensaver is not working, with noapictimer xscrensaver start to work but some interrupt is disabled (ethernet card) then I must add irqpoll option. But the Many lost ticks remain and I have still problem with keybord (some key behave like it's always pressed)
There'a a thread here https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=191716 for the same problem

I append "no_timer_check=0" as kernel argument in grub.conf. It solved my clock-clicking-to-fast-problem.

There´s a discussion in the technotes about kernel panics at boot, idle=poll. I don´t know whether it helps or not in your case.

uname -a shows the time when the kernel was compiled, amongst others.
