Tvcard Pinnacle pctv pro (miro in germany i think)

hi! is there anyone who has got this card going?
i've compiled the gentoo-r10 kernel with the included v4l as built-in in the kernel.
with framebuffer, both nvidia's and vesa.

xawtv just gives me
ioctl VIDIOCCAPTURE(int=1)
ioctl VIDIOCCAPTURE(int=0)

suggestions ppl?

Have you bttv support (bt848) in kernel? I use it as loadable module and give proper tuner and card options in /etc/modules.d/bttv file. Does /dev/video exist?

hi, ive compiled the bt848 in the kernel not as a module.
my device name is /dev/video0

maybe i should try to recompile as modules.
