I'm using the default GNOME icon theme ever since I started using it as my desktop, and only now did I notice something strange: the arrow icons (the ones used for navigation, like in Nautilus or Epiphany) are green, while all screenshots show them blue. I looked into the appropriate directory, and lo and behold! the PNG images there are blue alright.
Bottom line: I have no idea why the icons remain green. It puzzles me. I even tried running gtk-update-icon-cache on the hicolor theme directory, but that didn't help. Any suggestions? :?
