net.ppp0 start/stop for more users than root

Hi!

In what group do I need to put users who should be able to connect/disconnect ppp0? Any filepermissions etc?

After this "problem" my installation is complete and I can start to enjoy gentoo for real!

Hi,
i prefer "sudo" to mangage that. With "sudo" you can allow "ppp -ddial" or any other superuser command, and leave your groups untouched. In my Opinion that gives you more control.
If that meets your needs google for sudo.
