problem with setgid block special file

Hi all.

I tried to sync my portage tree, and I noticed I had some problems on my filesystem.
So, all work now. But when I was searching where was the problem, I had move my portage tree at /
While all work, I wanted to delete the /portage directory.
But there's a setgid block special file there, which I can't delete.

I paste some informations:

This could be fs corruption, I would recommend booting from a livecd and running a full fsck on the partition.
