Hi all.
I tried to sync my portage tree, and I noticed I had some problems on my filesystem.
So, all work now. But when I was searching where was the problem, I had move my portage tree at /
While all work, I wanted to delete the /portage directory.
But there's a setgid block special file there, which I can't delete.
I paste some informations:
root@caesar files # ls
digest-xpaint-2.7.7
root@caesar files # file digest-xpaint-2.7.7
digest-xpaint-2.7.7: setgid block special (0/0)
root@caesar files # ls -l digest-xpaint-2.7.7
b---r-srwx 12080 30309 29797 0, 0 Feb 2 1995 digest-xpaint-2.7.7
root@caesar files # rm digest-xpaint-2.7.7
rm: cannot remove `digest-xpaint-2.7.7': Operation not permitted
root@caesar files # lsattr digest-xpaint-2.7.7
lsattr: Operation not supported While reading flags on digest-xpaint-2.7.7
root@caesar files # chown root digest-xpaint-2.7.7
chown: changing ownership of `digest-xpaint-2.7.7': Operation not permitted
root@caesar files # chmod 777 digest-xpaint-2.7.7
chmod: changing permissions of `digest-xpaint-2.7.7': Operation not permitted
root@caesar files #
If someone has an idea, it would be nice :p
Thanks, and scuse for my poor english. |

This could be fs corruption, I would recommend booting from a livecd and running a full fsck on the partition. |
