| when i user mirrorselect. How do i select a mirror. when i highlight the mirror and press enter, its just says that i have not selected a mirror and it closes the program. |

Highlight a server in the list and press the space bar to select. You can select several if you wish. Press enter for Ok and exit.

What do you mean, highlight? Is mirrorselect a point-and-click program now?
I always just make it print out a list of mirrors and c&p / pipe them into my make.conf. |
