problems with pcmcia network card

Hi there

I know the mod i have to use for my card and i can install it without a problem, but if I ping any tcp/ip adress (except my own) after 3 to 5 ping answers my laptop hangs up without any error message. :cry:

if i use "modprobe ds" instead of "modprobe tulip_cb" cardmgr -f is the point (after a *peep*) my laptop stops working without any error message. :cry:

i use netgear FA511 with tulip_cb.

i tried to boot with acpi="off" but now other result.
