hello everybody!
i tried to emerge lm_sensors
portage told me: | Code: | | lm_sensors-2.9.2 requires CONFIG_I2C_SENSOR to be enabled for non-2.4.x kernels. |
ok, no problem i thought, started make menuconfig, but i cannot find that option 
i took a look in .config and yes, it is definitly there...
am i doing something wrong?
i have enabled these things in i2c: "i2c device interface" , all algorithms, and hardware bus support for the ali's

| You need to select at least one sensor chip (if you don't know what you have, select them all as modules). You can't touch CONFIG_I2C_SENSOR directly, but enabling a sensor chip will enable that option too. Also if you have kernel 2.6.13, the sensor chips are not in the I2C section, but in the "Hardware monitoring" section. |
