hello everybody!

i tried to emerge lm_sensors
portage told me:
Code:
lm_sensors-2.9.2 requires CONFIG_I2C_SENSOR to be enabled for non-2.4.x kernels.

ok, no problem i thought, started make menuconfig, but i cannot find that option
i took a look in .config and yes, it is definitly there...
am i doing something wrong?
i have enabled these things in i2c: "i2c device interface" , all algorithms, and hardware bus support for the ali's
???

You need to select at least one sensor chip (if you don't know what you have, select them all as modules). You can't touch CONFIG_I2C_SENSOR directly, but enabling a sensor chip will enable that option too. Also if you have kernel 2.6.13, the sensor chips are not in the I2C section, but in the "Hardware monitoring" section.
