Which KDE split ebuild provides serviceiface.h ?

Hi, I want to install the the little SuSE app kinternet to easy dialup an ISDN connection. When I do a make in the kinternet tarball (./configure went fine) is stops and cpmplains about missing serviceiface.h in /usr/kde/3.4/include. The serviceiface.h is truely missing there. I googled around to find out which package provides the file. It belongs to kdepim, more specific the networkstatus package of it. This is installed as split ebuild. Suse has this header in the kdepim-devel rpm but as we all know there are no devels in Gentoo. How can I found out which Gentoo kde split ebuild provides the file?
