|
|
Hi
Kind of an obscure question which is pretty hard to find an answer for given what keywords I have to use. When I am editing text inside of KDE, I have to hit shift, then quote twice (or tilde depending on which i want) to get it to come up, and it isn't the "right" kind of quote.
Any ideas? |

Maybe you should try adding this to the Input Device section of your xorg.conf
Code: |
Option "XkbVariant" "nodeadkeys"
|
You shouldn't have to press the button twice anymore. I'm not sure if this fixes the problem that it isn't the right kind of quote.
That, however, could also be a kde problem which can most likely be solved by playing around with some options in the control center. |
