im just wondering:
if i select every single mainboard chipset driver etc in the kernel (not as modules) will it run quite happily on any machine? (providing they have the same cpu)

the thing is my web server has a hardware fault which messes everything up so i wana put the hard drive in another machine with the same class cpu, but i duno what chipset itll be (work in a school) loads of machines ot choose from _________________ Main:
