It is actually working fine with linux... but when I shut down my computer, it shuts off the ethernet port. It doesn't turn back on until I boot up into linux and eth0 is put back up. That would be fine... except I have Windows XP on another partition... and apparently it doesn't know howto enable it when I boot into windows, and says I have a network cable unplugged. When I shut windows down, I still have (or used to have...) an enabled ethernet port. (ie: blinking green lights even though the compuer is off :o) I want to find out how I can get linux to stop turning off the ethernet port when it powers down.

This is on an A8V DLX board, and I'm using skge as a module for the Marvel ethernet.

Hope someone can help...

Thanks,

Russell

Yeah... I figured I wouldn't get any help with something like this by posting on a linux forum >_< but I resolved the problem by updating the windows drivers from the company site.
