Changing Titlebar color in Gnome

Can anyone tell me how to change the color of the titlebar in gnome? It seems like a simple thing, but I haven't been able to figure it out. There's no option in the theme dialouge, so I have a feeling I need to manually edit the .xml files in the theme I'm using.

I looked through the files in my ~/.themes directory but I couldn't make much sense of it. Can anyone point me at a howto or some docs on how themes work in gnome?
