Hi
I've a little problem with gnome: I can't lock screen by clicking Desktop - Lock Screen. But if I run xscreensaver on a console, I can do it again.
What should I do for being able to lock it directly?
Thanks in advance _________________ Linux user #297387

After you have started xscreensaver manually, try logging out and mark the checkbox that says "Save current setup". That should make xscreensaver start up when you start GNOME the next time.
If that doesn't work, add xscreensaver to Desktop->Preferences->Sessions in the "Startup Programs" tab. This will start it when GNOME starts. |
