hey gentooland,
i'm looking for an ftp daemon that will allow me to run scripts upon successful uploading (and hopefully, deleting and renaming) of a file. Before, I had a program that sat and monitored the ftp.* in syslogd, but I think there might be an "all in one" package that exists all in the ftp daemon. Does anyone know of one that can do this (and if you'd be so kind, a config file example)
this would REALLY help me out big time...
thanks very much!

ha, what do you mean by unscrupulous uploads?
does it operate the same as a standard ftp, with chroot in the user's home dirs....and, uh, i guess that's it, except for upload and downloads...
thanks for the reply!
