I got an 128 MB USB Stick device, and there's no Problem mounting it as /dev/sda1, but when I want to copy files to it Gnome says: There's not enough space.
Although I deleted all files first.
Where could be the problem? _________________ German lyric acoustic pop under Creative Commons Licence:

a .Trash folder has somehow found it's way to your usb disk.
So when you deleted stuff it gnome it really got moved to your .Trash which means nothing really got deleted.
So a ls -al /mnt/YOURDISK and see what's in .Trash and delete it. Or delete teh entire folder. I think it's created if you have it plugged in during a reboot |

Yes thank you. You were right. Gnome didn't delete the files. it only moved them to .Trash _________________ German lyric acoustic pop under Creative Commons Licence:

[ot]
Why does {KDE/Gnome/...} adapt one of the most annoying (there are many, of course ) "features" from a so-called OS?!?
*sigh*
