Are there softwares in linux support joining *.rm files (real medias) ?

if you get mplayer to play .rm files, you can convert to a more normal audio format and then append files. |

Yes, use mencoder. And with xvid can give me a better quality-size output.
mencoder xx.rm -ovc xvid -oac mp3lame -xvidencopts fixed_quant=4 -vf scale=320:240 -ofps 25 -o file1.avi
Join the files :
mencoder -ovc copy -oac copy -o out.avi file1.avi file2.avi |
