I find two version nvidia-kernel-4191 ebuild in /usr/portage/media-video/nvidia-kernel/, they are:
nvidia-kernel-1.0.4191.ebuild &
nvidia-kernel-1.0.4191-r1.ebuild
can anybody tell me what's the difference between them?
my vedio card is nvidia TNT2 M64 , my gentoo kernel is 2.4.19, which one should I choose to emerge?

the -rx (where x is some number), is not an nvidia version, but an ebuild revision, you'll see that on many ebuilds. You almost certainly want the latest revision, -r1 in this case

Just to add a little extra info to cram's reply.
Take a look in the ChangeLog file in ebuild directory, it contains the changes made between revisions. |
