kdelibs-3.4.2-r1 fails

I've looked through various threads in the forums, but I keep getting the following error when updating KDE

It seems to be the (there isn't a scroll bar on xfce4 term window) *arts*.la file that chokes the updates. Arts updated correctly, but kdelibs doesn't. Has anyone seen this specifically for 3.4.2-r2. I've found a similar problem for older kdelibs but solutions indicated there doesn't seem to apply to this one.

Suggestions?
