Hi

I have noticed that the "transmiting data" led on my cable modem is almost always blinking. Having opened gkrellm I can see that I'm sending about 2-3Kbps?? I sometime use gift to download stuff but it should be turned off:

Code:
$ ps xa | grep -i gift
147:12675 pts/22   R+     0:00 grep -n -i gift

Using iptraf I get something like http://212.10.159.225/iptraf.png

Any ideas?
