Time for a poll:
Where should we meet. I think we should, most other people seem to agree.
So here goes.
I know i missed a lot of places out, but I tried to put places in from all over. I dunno how far people would travel but everybody seems fairly even spread over the British Isles.
Also, my geographical knowlege of a lot of Britain is kind of screwy.
Maybe should have added some other places. Feel free to flame me with suggestions, rants about ,issing out places, or just generally for starting this.
I think once we know where we can deal with when and how.
Just trying to start something, but we don't have to step outside yet.

but I thought that Manchester was close enough.
I know that might start a flame contest but i think too many options may cause confusion.
Also, I'm running the poll and i live in London/Edinburgh. Mid-England is way out for me... _________________ --

I know where Aberdeen is...
Lots of friends from there. A bus is cheap and easy to Edinburgh. Sos a train.
Or, shock horror, you could drive.
i dunno. Its not a big country, and i'm trying. Just bear with me. _________________ --

How about Peterborugh? Most of the time I can't even be arsed to go out the house to buy a lottery ticket, so anywhere too far is a phat no. _________________ a.k.a port001

I would say Birmingham is central England, not central UK! Manchester or Leeds is probably better for a UK gentoo meeting!

Edinburgh. I'm lazy. Possibly Glasgow. Possibly London, since there're cheap flights there. |
