I tried to make lirc work with an ASUS USB dongle and it didn't work. I now got an irman. I've emerged lirc with LIRC_OPTS="--with-driver=irman" I've unmerged, remerged, deleted, done everything I could think of, but every time I run lirc, I get this in /var/log/lircd: Code: | Oct 6 01:08:07 hector lircd 0.7.0: lircd(tvbox) ready |
How can I get rid of that damn tvbox driver? I don't even know WHERE on my system it could be. The make ./configure output from lirc does show the --with-driver=irman argument. The only drivers shown by #lircd --device=/dev/ttyS0 is "default". And I have checked with the irman test apps, the dongle does work and is on /dev/ttyS0.
What's wrong?
Thanks to anyone who can help. |
