Hi there,
My friend is having problems accessing his dualboot Windows XP partition's files.
We are able to mount the partition, but he is not able to see any files in the folders.
All of the folders seem to be viewable, and navigateable(?) but no files are viewable
in any folder.
Any ideas? _________________ iMac G4 1GHz :: q6600 //2x 500GB//2GB RAM//8600GT//Gentoo :: MacBook Pro//2.53GHz |

I'm not sure how perfect my /etc/fstab line is, but the following works for me on my dual-booted box:
Code: | /dev/hda1 /mnt/windows ntfs rw,defaults,users,umask=000 0 0 |
It might be different, but just ensure that the options, or "rw,defaults,users,umask=000" are this. Unmount the partition and remount it with the command mount /mnt/windows and try again. _________________ emerge --info
