Difficulties with CRT/LCD refresh rate on dual monitor setup

So I have gotten dual monitors setup in X, one is a CRT that I like to run at 85 Hz, the other is an LCD that tops out at 60Hz. I cannot seem to set the refresh rate for the CRT above 60Hz no matter what. I do not know if it is a limitation of X or if I am missing something. I have tried setting the refresh rate in the SecondMonitorVertRefresh at 85 to see if that would fix it, but it has not. I also cannot adjust it from within KDE since it is viewed as one giant monitor instead of independent adjacent monitors (like in windows, but you can still drag windows between the two monitors, unlike that other X mode from what I understand).

I am using a dual output 7800Gt with nvidia drivers (1.0-7676) and twinview.

Any help would be great, the 60Hz on the CRT is killing me when I look at it for long periods of time.
