Ho un grossissimo problema con emerge. Devo installare il pacchetto hpijs, ma nelle dipendenza c'è XOrg  . Ho provato a metere la flag -X nel make.conf, ho provato con | Code: | | USE="-X" emerge hpijs |
ma non riesco a mergere quel driver senza X. Soluzioni??

allora inanzitutto non dovresti fare in questo modo... ma usare il file package.use in /etc/portage per aggiungere o rimuovere use flags dai pacchetti....
se cosi' non funziona potresti mettere xorg in package.provided

beh... dato che a logica lui vuole un pc senza X può benissimo fare così. |

si evidentemente mi era sfuggita quella riga.. e avevo focalizzato l attenzione solo su il comando..
