Ldap+samba problem

I have everything working till I get to this step... I can manually log in fine and search etc but when I do this it says connection refused... in what script I could have and error? I keep looking and looking see if I did a typo or something and everything seens ok..

smbldap-populate
Populating LDAP directory for domain lan.voicesignal.com (S-1-5-21-764701309-1305575956-2811638855)
(using builtin directory structure)

erreur LDAP: Can't contact master ldap server (IO::Socket::INET: connect: Connection refused) at /usr/sbin//smbldap_tools.pm line 270.

smbldap-tools uses too config files:

1. smbldap.conf
2. smbldap_bind.conf

File 1 contains your samba options and file 2 contains your ldap bind info

hmmm I keep checking those files and everything seems ok..
why I can manual log in but when I do that command it wont let me?
