This problem interests me for a number of reasons, primarily because its not really a problem... right now. I installed madwifi and configured it (i assume properly) and my wireless card connects, the essid is right, iwconfig registers ath0 (i surfed over to the forums with it), but i cant add it to the default run level. the error for
bash: ./net.ath0: Too many levels of symbolic links
and for Code: | # rc-update add net.ath0 default |
* /sbin/rc-update: /etc/init.d/net.ath0 not found; aborting.
yet /etc/init.d yeilds

The box is a Toshiba Satellite A45-S130. Card is Atheros AR5212 802.11a/b/g.
