During emerge --emptytree system, I get the error:

try emerge perl-core/ExtUtils-MakeMaker first

Me too.

I'm emerging with -e system . It stops at Local-gettext because it can't find ExtUtils-MakeMaker, so I try to emerge it but ExtUtils-MakeMaker don't emerge,too.

I've found the solution in this topics: https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-372608-highlight-makemaker.html , https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-381108-highlight-makemaker.html .
It seems to be a CFLAGS error.
