|
|
Bittorrent ran fine until today, after i did a emerge -vauND world after i added nls and cjk to the global USE flags.
Starting it from cli gives this output.
Code: |
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/bittorrent", line 30, in ?
import gtk
ImportError: No module named gtk
|
Other gtk apps like firefox and gnome-terminal ran without any problems..
Any ideas?

Now that I think about it this might be due to the recent python upgrade, did you run "python-updater" recently? |

already tried remerging bittorrent... will try remerging pygtk
did not run python-update, unless emerge runs it
bittorrent-curses works |

pygtk just completed remerging.. and bt now works
i figured setting LC_ALL to something other than POSIX will cause some packages to break ..
resetted it and it works nicely now
Just have to move my locale settings elsewhere instead og /etc/env.d |

You'll want to run python-updater. It'll re-emerge all python modules. |
