Hi.. please help me again.
I have installed and configured qmail, spamassassin, clamav, and qmail-scanner. When I run the test_installation.sh, the output is like below

Sending standard test message - no viruses...

Sending eicar test virus - should be caught by perlscanner module...
done!
Sending eicar test virus with altered filename - should only be caught by commercial anti-virus modules (if you have any)...
Sending bad spam message for anti-spam testing - In case you are using SpamAssassin...
Done!
Finished test. Now go and check Email for postmaster@mydomain.com |
My questions are why it tell me that QMAILQUEUE was not set?
I have add QMAILQUEUE=/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue in /var/qmail/control/conf-common and /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.qmail-smtp.
And I found that when I send message containing eicar.com to other user in localhost, qmail-scanner don't scan it and my /var/log/qmail/qmail-smtpd is also not containing any log telling that qmail-scanner is working.
How to fix this problem?

| Please help me.. I followed the howto on QmailRocksOnGentoo, instead of emerging vpopmail , vqadmin. I just installed qmail, spamassassin, phyzor, razor, clamav, and qmail-scanner. |

I think this output below is also considered as problem.
Sending eicar test virus with altered filename - should only be caught by commercial anti-virus modules (if you have any)...
I found in my postmaster mailbox that there are only 3 messages (1/4), (2/4), and (4/4)
The third task was not done. Why is it??? |
