CUPS webserver used to work - but not any more

My printer (Minolta PagePro6) used to work perfectly. But now I can't even use the printer web-interface. When I write http://localhost:631/ in Mozilla I just get an errror.
Maybe the webserver is down - but how do I start it?

Please help - it used to work :?:
