During some playing around with wpa_supplicant i accidentally deleted the file  :
/lib/rcscripts/net.modules.d/wpa_supplicant
reinstalling wpa_supplicant is of no use.
could anybody tell me where i can find this file again, or post his own in this forum?

The file apparently belongs to baselayout, so re-emerging it should fix the problem.
BTW, if you have gentoolkit installed you can use | Code: | | # equery belongs <filename> |
to check which package owns that file.
