Hi. I have a SIIG microdrive cardreader/writer, with a 256mb CF card in there. I have everything set up to mount it and all that jazz, and It works great.
and its done.
I would just like to know how to properly remove the drive so that I can take it out, and plug it back in, and it will see it again??? without restarting linux(because I don't know how to get it to remount the usbfs.. or rescan it or whatever)?
Because if I do:
The green light on the card reader is still on. and it should be off(that is... after I have removed it correctly.. I dont think I'm doing that). All I should see, if its plugged in, but not mounted, is the red light on.
so??? anyone got any bright ide'ers?
thanks _________________ --Hamking |
